Quinoa has made a comeback in modern times as a superfood and ancient grain brimming with protein, fibre, amino acids, and vital minerals. It also falls quite low on the glycemic index making it perfect for people with diabetes.
    Graminway’s Quinoa Khichdi mix contains completely natural ingredients that are free of preservatives. For a power-packed meal, we add yellow moong dal, beans, and carrots for that additional protein boost. We then add in some green chilli, ginger, and cumin to make it all come together in a flavoursome bowl. Isn’t it tempting?
    Cooking guidelines
    Take one cup of Graminway’s Quinoa Khichdi mix.
    Add 3 cups of water and pressure cook for mins
    Add a tempering of ghee with cumin and asafoetida for enhanced flavours.
    Pair with Graminway’s Aam Ka Achar or Nimbu Ka Achar!
