Please read our return, refund, and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
This policy explains the terms and conditions under which you may return goods purchased from us, obtain a refund subject to certain conditions, or cancel an order within the stipulated period.
While the Company makes best efforts to ensure that returns, refunds, and cancellations are available to users of the website, certain restrictions are necessary to meet business, legal, and contractual obligations.
1. What can I return and when?
You may request a return in the following cases:
- You receive a faulty or defective product.
- You receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
2. Conditions for Returning Products
- The products must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.
- The original invoice must be included with the returned product.
- Products must be in their original form and packaging.
- Brand packaging should be intact.
- Replacement of a product will be subject to availability on the website at that time.
3. How to Raise a Return or Refund Claim
To raise a refund or return claim, please send an email to sandhya@graminway.com.
Your email must include:
- Name of the product.
- Order ID.
- Invoice number.
- A detailed description of the nature of the claim.
Important: The claim must be raised within 3 days of receipt of the product.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of receipt of the returned item on the email address provided by you at the time of placing the order.
After inspection, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
5. Refunds for Online Payments
If you paid by net banking, credit card, or debit card, we will initiate a refund request to our Payment Gateway Partners within five working days of the approval of your return.
Once the request has been processed, the amount will be transferred back to your account or card account within 14 working days, or as per the timelines of the Payment Gateway or Bank.
6. Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD)
If you paid by Cash on Delivery, we will courier the refund cheque to you within three working days of the approval of your return.
The cheque will be prepared in favour of the “Billing Name” used while placing the order and will be couriered to the “Billing Address” provided at the time of placing the order.
