- Take Bhatura Atta in a mixing bowl and add butter & milk. To make a dough for bhatura,
- Add some oil while kneading, and rest the dough for 30-45 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadhai.
- Cut dough in small pedas and coat the rolling surface and rolling pin with a lot of oil.
- Deep fry bhaturas and serve hot.
