    Graminway Bhatura Atta, famous breakfast from Punjab and Delhi, is made of refined flour. Bhatura is generally served with cholle, onion, and pickle.

    Cooking guidelines

    • Take Bhatura Atta in a mixing bowl and add butter & milk. To make a dough for bhatura,
    • Add some oil while   kneading, and rest the dough for 30-45 minutes.
    • Heat oil in a kadhai.
    • Cut dough in small pedas and coat the rolling surface and rolling pin with a lot of oil.
    • Deep fry bhaturas and serve hot.
