A much sought-after dish, shenga chutney is popular even among tourists visiting Solapur for its shrines. It’s also a popular accompaniment to dosas, idlis, and rice in North Karnataka with a small variation in the spice levels.

The recipe of our chutney powder has been handed down from Seoni Amma with some expert tweaking from Rama to achieve the taste of home.
