Gluten Free Phulka Atta is made with best ingredient such as Rajgira atta, jowar atta, roasted channa, flax seeds, curry leaves, and methi seeds. It can be used for making regular phulka, parrantha or chapati. It is an healthy alternative for whole wheat flour.

Easy Method of Preparation
1. Take 2 cups of Gluten Free Phulka Atta, add water and make soft dough.
2. Cut in to small pedas and roll in to thin chapati.
3. Cook on iron griddle with ghee and serve hot with sabji.
